All Sales Are Final
At Iron Fire Coffee, every bag of coffee is roasted and prepared specifically for your order to ensure maximum freshness and quality.
Because coffee and tea are a perishable food product, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been processed and shipped.
Please Note:
- All coffee & tea products are non-refundable and non-returnable, whether opened or unopened.
- We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, roast profiles, grind selections, and quantities before placing an order.
- Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered processing or production.
Exceptions
While all sales are final, we want every customer to receive the quality and service they deserve. We may provide a replacement or refund at our sole discretion in the following situations:
- You received the wrong item.
- Your order was damaged during shipping.
- Your product arrived with a manufacturing or packaging defect.
To request assistance, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging, if applicable
